Dear Yogis,
I hope that this newsletter finds you all well and enjoying the sunshine and maybe some Easter chocolate as well, it does have magnesium in so in theory it's healthy!?
Bookings and Prices
All classes are now available as blocks for a half term, these work out cheaper than paying each time as I have included 1 free class in each of the blocks. To book any classes the best way is to use the Fit app and click on Book Now, find the class you want and it will automatically put you on the register for that class. I am trying to keep the price as low as possible despite the increase in rents etc as I think that yoga should be available to all and not the few, all classes are now £7 and £28 for a half term block of 5.
Building Habits
It takes about 4 weeks for a habit to be built and for it to stick, I know that some of you want to continue to practice at home when we have a break and like to try some of the flows and poses at home. This month's request was for a flow which I have included below. Once you reach the final pose of wide legged forward bend, you have the option to turn so that the opposite foot is now at the front of your mat and repeat the sequence on the other leg. Remember to keep your shoulders relaxed and in triangle your shoulders are stacked over the top of each other, come higher up the leg rather than twisting. Enjoy.

Family yoga Swanland
Paired yoga sessions will begin Saturday 7 May for 1 child/teen and 1 parent at Swanland Village Hall.
These will run weekly on a Saturday for an hour from 9.15am - 10.15am.
The aim is to encourage youngsters to be aware of how they feel, breathe and move. In the process it will allow better connection individually and as pairs as you will work together and support each other in some of the poses. These sessions will include:
